We will review all properly submitted notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We aim to respond to valid takedown requests within 5 to 10 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that features your work was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Names Palette may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
